Philly Codefest is Drexel's largest software/hardware hackathon, and brings students and professionals from all experience levels and backgrounds together to develop innovative solutions to help solve real world challenges. This free, exclusive event is designed to engage and inspire high school students interested in all aspects of computing and information science through a first-hand, inside look at a hackathon. 

Adventures in coding, ethical hacking and other future-facing fun await you, all led by Drexel CCI students and award-winning faculty role models. 

Event Agenda:
12:00 - 12:45 p.m. - Lunch and Welcome with Computer Science Professor Jeff Salvage
1:00 - 2:45 p.m. - Hands-On Activities, Led by DUCSTeach 
3:00 - 3:50 p.m. - Self-Guided Tour of Codefest Projects/Demos
4:00 - 5:00 p.m. - Attend Codefest Awards Ceremony (Optional) and Dismissal

Space is limited and each student is permitted to bring one guest (must be parent or legal guardian).

Parents: you must return the Release of Liability Form for each child attending. Students will be unable to participate without this form received by CCI. Please submit the completed form to dr366@drexel.edu ahead of attendance.
