Learning how to think and act entrepreneurially is critical to success for today's students. Critical thinking, problem-solving, resiliency, self-awareness, managing change, and more are essential skills in education and for life. This lunch and learn session will introduce you to an emerging body of research that shows having a strong "entrepreneurial mindset" as one of the most critical indicators of success. Learn how applying an entrepreneurial mindset will help your students be more successful in whichever college or career pathway they choose. In this workshop, you'll experience how Drexel University's Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship uses the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP) assessment tool to help students and professionals learn the key elements of a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You will even assess your entrepreneurial mindset and see how we evaluate a strong mindset's seven traits and characteristics. You'll also hear from several entrepreneurship students about the importance of a strong entrepreneurial mindset and learn how we incorporate mindfulness and well-being- critical to their college journeys. Leave with tools that your students can apply to their school life right away!*Participants holding current PDE certification will receive 3 Act 48 Continuing Education credits. *Lunch will be provided
